You must give at least 60 days notice in writing before your lease is up if you do not choose to renew. To do this you must fill out an “Intent to Vacate” form, which will be given to you at the time you sign your lease. If you have misplaced it, you can login to your tenant portal and print one from the documents available to all residents. The 60-Days will begin on the date the notice is given, meaning if written notice is given with less than 60 days remaining on the lease, you will be financially responsible for additional days past your original lease termination date.
